Please note that all meals are split so you can cook 2-3 portions or the full meal at one time. The exceptions are the Meatloaf which is available in two different sizes, and our lasagna which feeds four.
Baked Chicken Breast with Apple, Mustard and Rosemary Sauce Lean boneless chicken breasts are browned and then baked in a savory sauce that has a little zing of Dijon, the sweetness of apples and the earthiness of fresh chopped rosemary. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: brown and place chicken in oven, simmer sauce and place on chicken. Available with Regular ($35) or Organic chicken ($45).
Barbeque Chicken Breasts We have made the perfect classic barbeque sauce combining the three key elements of great barbeque sauces: a tomato base, mustard flavor and an Asian element. This recipe comes with six chicken breasts and can be cooked on the barbeque or in the oven. Serve this with mashed potatoes and coleslaw for a memorable meal. Packaged in ziploc bags. Barbeque Ribs This time the perfect made from scratch barbeque sauce is with our very popular Canadian Back Ribs. This recipe is borrowed from the Barefoot Countessa and has the three key elements of great barbeque sauces: a tomato base, mustard flavor and an Asian element. ($50) Beef Stroganoff Comfort food for the rainy season. Lean sirloin steak strips and Mushrooms (which can be left out for the finicky eater in your family) covered in a rich creamy sauce made from demi-glace, sour cream and a hint of Dijon mustard. Prepare this yummy dinner in under a half hour. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: cook noodles, sauté vegetables; add sauce and meat; simmer and serve. ($35)
Chicken Thighs in Pineapple Coconut Curry Sauce A new addition to our menu, and so good we've been craving it since it was last on our menu. Sweet and spicy tender chicken thighs in a silky sauce made from coconut milk and pineapple chunks and a little heat from curry. Served on Jasmine rice (included). Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: Brown chicken, sauté vegetable; combine in baking dish and bake. Prepare rice. Available with Regular ($35) or Organic chicken ($45). Chili Basil Chicken Simple and unbelievably scrumptious. A tantalizing marinade from a combination of chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, and fresh ginger and garlic; half of this sauce makes the marinade and the other half is mixed with fresh basil, cilantro and green onion to be served on the side. Comes with six boneless skinless chicken breasts. Packaged in ziploc bags, can be split. To prepare: chicken is straight to oven or bbq, warm and simmer sauce. Classic Meat Lasagna We never met a lasagna we never liked, this, as the name suggests is the classic meat lasagna. Meaty Marinara sauce is layered with ricotta and parmesan reggiano cheeses and then topped with a generous layer of skim mozzarella cheese. To prepare: straight to oven. Available in a aluminum 4 x 12 pan that feeds about 4 people. ($20)
Coconut Chicken Breasts Our super popular Coconut Marinade now with six boneless skinless chicken breasts. The marinade is made with coconut milk, cilantro, brown sugar, shallots, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Should be served with rice. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: straight to oven or BBQ. Coconut Mahi Mahi There is pretty much nothing that our awesome Coconut marinade can't go with, this month we tried it on Mahi Mahi and the result was great. The marinade is made with coconut milk, cilantro, brown sugar, shallots, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Should be served with rice. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: straight to oven. ($40) Coconut Ribs Simply put our customers won't let us take this off the menu. This recipe is one of our family's favorites and is always requested by our friends, now I can just tell them to buy it from Dinnerworks. Tender and meaty pork back ribs are marinated in an incredible sauce of coconut milk, cilantro, brown sugar, shallots, ginger and garlic. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: straight to oven or BBQ, top with simmered sauce. This meal will serve four (big appetites) to six (not so ravenous). ($52) Crab Cakes with Red Curry Aioli New and improved crab cakes that are made from scratch in our kitchen with REAL crab, you take these home and form into as many cakes as you want; six large cakes for a dinner side or 12 -18 for appetizers. Simply form, coat in panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) and fry up on the stove in minutes and serve with our homemade Red Curry Aioli sauce. ($24)
Grilled Herb Chicken Six large chicken breasts are treated to a Dijon, lemon juice, red onion and fresh herb marinade. Mahi Mahi with Broken Olive Sauce Flavours of fresh lemon zest and Kalamata olives are fragrant and refreshing. Our large and delicious Mahi Mahi fillets are dredged in flour and then pan sautéed and then the Broken Olive Sauce is spooned over top. Packaged in ziploc bags. To prepare: coat fish and pan sauté, serve with sauce. ($40)
Maple Soy Glazed Salmon Our Wild Keta or Sockeye Salmon is marinated in a yummy Pure Maple Syrup and Soy sauce. Barbequed or baked this dinner is a winner. Packaged in ziploc bags. Mexican Meatloaf This is a Mexican twist on an American classic. Lean ground beef is mixed with red and greens peppers and our spicy home made Mexican seasoning, made into a loaf and then stuffed with sour cream, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Comes in an aluminum pan. To prepare: straight to oven. Available in Serves 2-3 ($16) or serves 4-6 ($32). Mustard Dilly Salmon Another yummy recipe from our friends at Healthy Helpings; this creamy sauce is made from Fresh Dill, tomato sauce, sour cream and a touch of grainy Dijon - the result is a rich and tangy sauce. A family friendly meal that will have your kids asking for more. To prepare: straight to oven. Available with 4oz Keta Salmon $30 or 6oz skin on Sockeye $45, both are Wild.
Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Apple Sauce Lean and delicious pork tenderloins are seasoned with fresh thyme sprigs and get a quick sauté in the pan. As they finish in the oven the cranberry apple sauce is quickly cooked in the same pan. You can be eating in minutes with this one, with a flavor that you will love. Packaged in ziploc bags To prepare: sear and straight to oven, top with simmered sauce. ($30) Sides Coconut Chili Rice Coconut milk, sweet Thai chili sauce and jasmine rice are combined for this delicious side dish. Serves 4-6. ($6) Lemon Parmesan Risotto A classic risotto using Arborio rice with fresh lemon zest and juice, Parmesan cheese and white wine. This one takes a little attention while cooking but is well worth it. To prepare: sauté and simmer, stirring often. Please note that the risotto does not split. ($15) Orzo Salad Orzo pasta is combined with Kalamata olives, feta cheese, fresh dill, and fresh lemon zest. Make ahead of time and serve cool or at room temperature, great to take to a picnic. ($12)
Parmesan Green Beans Whole Green Beans and Diced Red Peppers are seasoned with Garlic and Scallions and topped with Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Packaged in ziploc bags, serves four to six. To prepare: sauté and serve. ($10) Yam Fries with Red Curry Aioli These yummy bake and serve fries seem to be on the menu of every casual restaurant around, now you can serve them at home with a side of our Red Curry Aioli with a hint of garlic and lemon. ($10) Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes Really creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, simply addictive. Heat on the stove or in the microwave. Serves four. ($10)

Apple Crisp Granny Smith apples are sprinkled with cinnamon and sit in a pan with a butter brown sugary scrumptious topping. Great if eaten warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Key Lime Pie Fresh lime zest and juice combined with sweet condensed milk, cream cheese in a crunchy graham crust cracker pie crust. We make hand make this dessert for you - simply remove from the freezer an hour before serving, keep plain or serve topped with whipped cream. ($16)
Trader Joes Chocolate Chip Cookies These delicious cookies are made with all natural ingredients including no preservatives or artificial coloring. Bake up easily straight from the freezer. One pound or 16 individually frozen cookies is what you get with this order. ($10)
